RESERVATION & BOOKING

- Reservations are only guaranteed once the booking confirmation is sent to you and deposit/full payment made
PAYMENT TERMS
- Currency in use is Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)
- A 30% deposit of the booking value or an amount of MYR100.00 per person whichever is of higher value
- Deposit is to be paid within two (2) weeks of booking confirmation or two (2) weeks before the commencement of excursion whichever comes first. (For Expos and Travel Fair, deposit of 10% or specified amount to be paid on booking).
- The balance to be fully paid 7 days (7days) prior the commencement of excursion.
- All Kinabalu Parks & Mountain Climb Bookings require full payment strictly non-refundable upon confirmation of availability due to limited permits availability
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Initial deposit: Non-refundable but can be used towards future products and services rendered in conditions that:
- Cancellation/postponement in writing at least 2 weeks prior commencement of excursion
- Deposit postponement to be used within the same year
- Cancelation within 48hours (2days) will incur a penalty of 50% of the whole amount
- Cancelation within 24hours / No Show will incur a forfeit penalty of 100% of the amount
UNUSED SERVICES
- There will be no refund if you should decide to not utilize the dives/services/products included in your package
PADI Course & Training
- Diving training is based on the PADI System which adheres to performance based learning.
- PADI Programs are based on common required duration & sessions. Individuals differs from one and another and may require extra tutorial from the usual schedule to achieve mastery before completion.
- Additional tutorial and services will be chargeable but at nominal price to cover cost in good faith.
- Private Personalize training is available upon request
CONDITIONS FOR DIVING
- Leisure diving packages are only for recognised Certified divers
- All guests will be required to sign a Liability/Release Form (Waiver) upon arrival and abide by all diving and safety rules of the dive centre/resort
WEATHER CONDITIONS
- We operate whole year round
- Weather conditions for the tour (land, sea, diving) activity cannot be guaranteed and may at times becomes less than ideal but still safe to commence. When safety becomes a concern, Borneo Wildlife Adventure Sdn Bhd & Dive Borneo Bah Sdn Bhd reserve the rights to cancel or alter the tour activity,
FORCE MAJEURE
- We will not be liable in whole or in part by any cause beyond our control due to fire, flood, weather, strikes or other labour disputes, shortage of materials, transportation difficulties, accident, war, riot, acts of God or change of laws
- Refunds for such events will not be offered and we therefore strongly advise all clients to seek travel insurance to cover for such events in the case of cancellations.
